Refund & Digital Purchase Policy

At You Have Arrived!, we believe that creating a wardrobe you love is about more than organizing clothes. It's about gaining clarity, developing confidence, and learning practical skills that help you make intentional decisions about what you own and wear.

We're committed to providing valuable educational resources and supporting you as you put what you learn into practice. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any of our digital programs.

Digital Products & Refunds

Our digital programs, including The Ultimate Wardrobe Transformation, provide access to educational videos, downloadable worksheets, checklists, planning tools, and other digital learning materials.

Because these resources are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated in the terms of a specific offer.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds because a customer changes her mind, decides not to complete the program, or no longer wishes to use the purchased materials.

We encourage you to review the program description, inclusions, and learning format before purchasing to ensure the experience aligns with your needs and expectations.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

Our Commitment to Your Transformation

We understand that transforming your closet and wardrobe is a personal process. Letting go of clothes, rediscovering your style, and developing new habits can take time and practice.

If you're working through The Ultimate Wardrobe Transformation and find yourself struggling, we encourage you to reach out rather than abandon your progress.

Before requesting additional implementation guidance, we recommend that you:

Watch the relevant video lessons and review the accompanying resources.
Complete the applicable exercises and make a genuine effort to apply what you've learned.
Identify the specific challenges or decisions that are preventing you from moving forward.
Visit The Club, our free public Facebook community, to ask questions, participate in discussions, and benefit from the guidance Lisa and Batul share with the community.
Consider sharing photographs of your closet or wardrobe progress, when appropriate, to help illustrate where you need guidance.

Sharing photographs is always optional. You may choose to share them privately through an available support channel rather than posting them publicly. We will not use your photographs for marketing without your separate permission.

These suggestions are intended to help us provide more meaningful assistance. They are not prerequisites for reporting billing errors, technical issues, or exercising any rights provided by law.

Additional Guidance Through The Closet Transformation Club

The Closet Transformation Club is a free public Facebook community where women can ask questions, share experiences, and receive encouragement as they work toward greater closet and wardrobe confidence.

Lisa and Batul participate in the community and share educational guidance, insights, and opportunities for discussion.

Membership in The Club is optional, requires access to Facebook, and is not an exclusive or guaranteed one-on-one coaching service. Participation is subject to the community's rules and Facebook's applicable terms.

Upgrading to the Wardrobe Mastery Circle™

The Ultimate Wardrobe Transformation provides the self-guided educational foundation of the Wardrobe Mastery Circle™, our guided experience for women who want more personalized support, coaching, and accountability.

If you purchase The Ultimate Wardrobe Transformation and later decide you'd benefit from additional guidance, your $297 course purchase can be credited toward enrollment in the Wardrobe Mastery Circle™ when you upgrade within 12 months of your original purchase date.

The following conditions apply:

The credit is available to eligible purchasers of The Ultimate Wardrobe Transformation.
The credit is $297 and may be applied once toward an eligible Wardrobe Mastery Circle™ enrollment.
The credit must be redeemed by completing your Circle enrollment and required payment within 12 months of your original course purchase date.
The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable, and cannot be redeemed for a cash refund.
The credit cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.
Circle enrollment is subject to availability, current pricing, and its applicable program terms.
The credit does not guarantee a place in a particular Circle cohort.
Any unused credit expires after the 12-month eligibility period, although we may consider extensions at our discretion.

Upgrading is entirely optional. Your original purchase of The Ultimate Wardrobe Transformation remains valid whether or not you choose to enroll in the Wardrobe Mastery Circle™.

Lifetime Access to The Ultimate Wardrobe Transformation

Your purchase of The Ultimate Wardrobe Transformation includes lifetime access to the course materials, including future lessons and resources added to the program.

For purposes of this policy, lifetime access means access for as long as You Have Arrived! continues to make the program available, subject to applicable platform requirements, program changes, and our terms of service.

You may revisit the lessons and resources whenever you need to refresh your knowledge, update your wardrobe, or apply The Arrival Method™ to a new stage of life.

Lifetime course access and the 12-month Wardrobe Mastery Circle™ upgrade-credit period are separate benefits. Expiration of the upgrade credit does not affect your continued course access.

Technical Issues, Billing Errors & Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience difficulty accessing purchased materials, believe you were charged incorrectly, or find that a product was not delivered as described, please contact us through our published customer support channel.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include restoring access, correcting a billing error, providing another suitable remedy, or issuing a refund when required by law.

We may also review exceptional circumstances individually. Any discretionary accommodation does not change the general refund policy or establish an entitlement to the same accommodation in future cases.

Other Programs & Services

This policy applies to digital educational products sold by You Have Arrived! unless a specific offer states otherwise.

The Wardrobe Mastery Circle™, live workshops, personalized coaching, in-home organizing, closet design services, and other offerings may have separate payment, cancellation, refund, or participation terms. Where separate terms apply, those terms will be disclosed before purchase.
